Happy Thanksgiving
Monday, November 24th, 2008I just got back from another wonderful week of teaching a few classes in South Carolina. I taught my Beach Scene journal cover class in Machine Needle Felting. The ladies made some beautiful Journal Covers and have ideas for their next one and the one after that. Once the journals were needle felted, the fun didn’t stop, until shells, miniature sand dollars and starfish were added. Absolutely beautiful. I hope to have some photos to post here soon. So much creative energy. We all had a great time.Â
I also had a Fairy Doll class. This is a favorite class of mine. It is always great to see the different directions students will go once the main doll has been completed. Even though everyone starts out the same, all the little faces are different. All with sparkle and wonderful expressions. Dozens of different hair, wing and clothing ideas were floating around. I’m very anxious to see some photos of the finished creations!Â
Thanksgiving is upon us in just a few days. Time to put the machine away for just a little while and prepare for the feast.        Happy Thanksgiving to all.  Many Blessings to you and your families.
